Abel Dias

Abel R. Dias 46, of New Bedford, passed away Friday April 3, 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospital. He was the husband of Susana (Santos) Dias and son of the late Acacio and Isabel (Rua) Dias. Abel was a lifelong resident of New Bedford. He was employed by Purity Services as a sorter. Survivors include his wife, his daughters Brittnee Dias, Amber Dias and Crystal Dias all of New Bedford. He is also survived by his sisters Teresa Mandeville of New Bedford and Belmira Tash of Ludlow. He is also survived by nieces and nephews. Due to the current restrictions on public gatherings, his services will be private.
