Ailey M. Ferreira

Ailey M. Ferreira, 34, of New Bedford, passed away unexpectedly on April 22, 2026. Born in Providence, RI she is daughter of Jose C. Ferreira and the late Deborah M. (Batista) Ferreira and the loving fiancé to Brian Correia and caring mother to their son, Parker.

Ailey loved music, especially Papa Roach and Escape the Fate, and always found joy in the songs and artists that meant so much to her. She loved being outdoors, spending time in nature, caring for plants, and had a special love for animals. She enjoyed traveling and exploring new places, reading mystery novels, and was a talented cook who loved sharing meals with the people she cared about. One of her favorite things was painting with her fiancé Brian, with whom she shared love, laughter, and many happy memories.

In addition to her father, Jose, fiancé Brian and son Parker, she survived by her siblings, Jennifer Ferreira, Daniel Burgess and Robert Burgess.

A visitation for Ailey will be held on Tuesday, April 28th at the Boulevard Funeral Home from 9:00am - 10:30am. A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish at 11:00am. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
