Aldina Semiao

Aldina (Guerra) Semiao 88 of New Bedford passed away Thursday September 24, 2015 at her home. She was the wife of Lionel Semiao and daughter of the late Sergio and Carma (Lucas) Guerra. She was a lifelong New Bedford resident. Mrs. Semiao was a communicant of St. Julie Billiart Church. She was formerly employed by Standard Grocery as a bookkeeper. Survivors include her husband, her sons Mark Semiao of Enfield, NH and Matthew Semiao of New Bedford; her grandsons Nathan Semiao and Evan Semiao. Her family would like to thank the staff at St. Anne’s GPP Unit especially Peg Pfeiffer and Rebecca Frias; Community Nurse and Hospice and Deidra from HomInstead. Her funeral mass will be said 10am Monday at St. Julie Billiart. Visitation will be Monday morning from 8:30 until 9:30. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer Association.
