Alfredo Pimentel

Alfredo Manuel DeSousa Pimentel passed away Thursday September 5, 2019 at St. Luke’s Hospital. He was the husband of the late Maria Luisa (Guerreiro) Pimentel and son of the late Alfredo and Marta (Sousa) Pimentel. He was born in Ponta Graca, St. Michael, Azores. Alfredo enjoyed watching soccer. Survivors include his sons Walter Pimentel Of New Bedford, Daniel Pimentel of Fall River, Michael Pimentel of New Bedford, and Kevin Pimentel of New Bedford. His daughter Sonia Couto of Seabrook, NH; his brother Joao Pimentel of Ponta Graca ; his sisters Rita McCreadie and Teresa Pimentel both of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, Lucia Piedade of Ponta Graca. 5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. His visiting hours are Friday September 13 from 8:30am until 10:00am.His funeral Mass will be said 10:30am at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
