Beatriz Da Silva

Beartiz P. Da Silva 81 of New Bedford passed away Friday November 26, 2010 after a long illness, at the Hathaway Manor. She was the daughter of the late Manuel P. and Maria Da Conceicao (Medeiros) Da Silva. She was born in St. Michael, Azores and had lived in New Bedford since 1974. She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception church. Survivors include her brothers Joao P. Da Silva of Canada, Raul P. Da Silva of Taunton; her sisters Leonarda Mateus of New Bedford, Conceicao Oliveira of Canada; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews. She was the sister of the late Eduarda M. Andrade, Luiza Mendes and Jose P. Da Silva. Her funeral mass will be said 9am Wednesday at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception church. Visitation will be Tuesday 7-9pm. Burial will be in St. John’s cemetery.
