Cecelia Brie

Cecelia (Teixeira) Brie 87 of North Dartmouth passed away Wednesday March 2, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospital. She was the wife of the late Armand Brie and daughter of the late Manuel and Apolonia (Gonsalves) Teixeira. She was born in New Bedford and had lived in North Dartmouth for many years. Cecelia was a communicant of St. Julie Billart Church. She was formerly employed as a solderer for Aerovox until her retirement. Survivors include her children Alan Brie of North Dartmouth, Linda Ferreira of Castro Valley, CA and Deborah Brie of Lakewood, CO. Her brother Manuel Teixeira of Baltimore, 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. In accordance with her wishes she was cremated and her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday July 21, 2016 at 10am at St. Julies Church. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery.
