Eduarda Jaques

Eduarda Jaques, 87, of New Bedford, passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2023. Born in Portugal, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and the late Maria Tavares; Eduarda was preceded in death by her husband; Antonio Jaques; and her daughter, Veranda Jaques. She is survived by her daughters, Natalie Araujo of Dartmouth, Lucy Correia of Acushnet, Lourdes Costeira of New Bedford and Cidalia Jaques of Florida; her brother, Fernando Tavares of New Bedford; her sister Veranda DeMello of New Bedford; Ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday August, 23^rd from 8:30 – 10:30 am at Boulevard Funeral Home followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church at 11:00 am with a Burial to follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
