Etelvino Conterno

Etelvino Conterno 90 of New Bedford passed away, Monday December 21, at his home. He was the husband of Antonia Conterno and son of the late Henrique and Uliana Conterno. He was born in Rio Grande Do Sul, Brazil and had lived in New Bedford since 1968. Etelvino was the proprietor of “Gerry the Tailor”. Survivors include his wife, his son Geraldo Jose Conterno of New Bedford, his daughters Marilea Lucciola of Providence, RI and Sr. Catia Conterno SMSM, a Marist Missionary Sister, of Waltham, MA. 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother in Brazil, also many nieces and nephews. Due to COVID-19 restrictions his funeral services will be private.
