Gabriela M. Carreiro

Gabriela M (DeMedeiros) Carreiro 56 of New Bedford passed away at home ,on Monday September 24, 2018, surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late Joaquim P. & Irene (Botelho) DeMedeiros. She was born in New Bedford and was a lifelong resident. Gabriela was a communicant of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church. Survivors include her daughter Valerie Carreiro of New Bedford; her sisters Mary Oliveira of Fairhaven, Ligia Fenaux of New Bedford, Marie Rock of Fairhaven and Irene Mello of Florida. She is also survived by her brothers George DeMedeiros of New Bedford, Edward DeMedeiros of New Bedford, Joaquim DeMedeiros of New Bedford and David DeMedeiros of New Bedford. 3 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A funeral mass with her cremated remains will be held 9am Tuesday October 30, 2018 at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
