Hermano Costa
February 23, 1922 — November 23, 2015
Hermano M Costa, 93, of New Bedford passed away Monday November 23, 2015. He was the husband of the late Alda (Cabral) Costa. He was born in St. Michael, Azores and later lived in New Bedford for many years. Hermano was formerly employed as a Machine Operator at Knapp Shoes and was a member of the St. Michael Club and New Bedford Sports Club. Survivors include his sons Hermano M Costa of St. Michael, Jose Fernando Costa of New Bedford, Amadeu Costa of Dartmouth; His brother Hortencio Costa of Dartmouth; 7 grandchildren and one great grandson. His visiting hours will be Sunday from 4-7pm. There will be a service at the Boulevard Funeral Home on Monday at 11:00 am. Burial will be in Pine Grove.
