Liduina Custodio

Liduina C. (Medeiros) Custodio, 89 of New Bedford, passed away Monday, March 21, 2022. She was the wife of the late Ernesto Custodio. She was born in Algarvia, St. Michael, Azores to the late Gabriel Claudino and the late Esmeria Couto. She is survived by her son, Luis Custodio, daughters; Goreti Custodio, Maria Custodio, Ester Carreiro, Neli McCombe and husband Shawn, Zilda Custodio and Elizabeth Custodio; brother, Nicolau Claudino, sisters; Maria daConceicao, Gabriela Cabral, Esmeria Carvalho, and Eufrosina Medeiros, grandchildren; Kalita Brownell, Ashley McCombe, Shawn Matthew McCombe, great-grandchildren; Landen Carter Spencer, Kasen James Sousa, and Royce Joel Falcon, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Manuel Claudino and Dionisio Claudino. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 28th at 10:30 am at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, with burial to follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Visiting hours will be from 2:00 to 5:00 pm on Sunday, March 27th, at Boulevard Funeral Home, 223 Ashley Boulevard, New Bedford.
