Marie K. Mondello

Marie K. Mondello, 86, of Rochester, passed away at St. Luke's Hospital on Saturday, July 25, 2026. Born in Somerville, MA, she was the beloved daughter of the late Michael Fiore and Viola Tomasi Fiore.

Marie dedicated many years as an Account Manager at the Faxon Library Subscription Agency, earning admiration for her commitment and kindness. She found joy in crafting, reading, cooking, and baking. Above all, her family was the heart of her life, bringing her immense pride and happiness. Her legacy is the enduring memories she created with her loved ones.

She is survived by her daughters: Maria Bernard, Christina Chapman and her husband Eugene, Lisa Naujoks and her husband Thomas, Linda Medeiros and her husband Michael; son Salvatore Mondello Jr.; brother Ralph Fiore; twelve grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many cherished nieces, nephews, and sisters-in-law. She was predeceased by her brothers: Michael Fiore, John Fiore, and Thomas Fiore.

A Funeral Mass with her cremated remains will be celebrated at St. John Neumann Church on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
