Michael Spicer

Michael Scott Spicer 29 of New Bedford passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 8, 2019. He was the son of Scott Spicer of New Bedford and Sherry (Cunha) Spicer of Fairhaven. Michael was a lifelong New Bedford resident. He was employed as a commercial fisherman. Survivors include his father, his mother and her companion Truett Holcomb, his brothers Noah Spicer of New Bedford and Austen Acevedo of Fairhaven, his paternal grandparents Robert and Janet Spicer of New Bedford and his maternal grandmother Paula Cohen and her partner Timothy Koska of Fairhaven and his maternal grandfather Steven Cunha of Georgia. Michael will be cremated and his graveside service will be held 11am, Monday, August 19, 2019 at Sacred Heart Cemetery  559 Mt. Pleasant St. New Bedford.
