Rose St. Jacques

Rose Ann (Fonseca) St. Jacques 53 formerly of New Bedford, passed away Monday November 6, 2017. She was the daughter of the late George and Bella (Goulet) Fonseca. She was born in New Bedford and lived here most of her life. She was formerly employed as a cafeteria worker for the City of New Bedford, at the DeValles School. Survivors include her daughter Kristin Maxim of Lakeville; her brother Timothy Fonseca of New Bedford; her sisters Mary Ann Vieira and Louise Ann Alves both of New Bedford. Her visitation will be Thursday 6-8pm. A funeral mass will be said 9am Friday at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church. Everyone is asked to meet at the church. Cremation will follow.
