Theresa Martin

Theresa (Charbonneau) Martin of Naples FL, formerly of New Bedford MA, age 94, passed away on August 22, 2025 after a period of declining health. She was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Estelle (Bourgeois) Charbonneau and loving wife of the late Eilio Martin to whom she was married for 45 years.

Theresa is survived by her daughter; Jane Martin-Fortin (Henry); son, Blake Martin; grandchildren, Ross Fortin and Kirby Fortin; great-granddaughters, Emerson and Harper Fortin; sisters, Muriel Jensen and Diane Dezielle; brother, David Charbonneau; many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her siblings Wilfred, Gerard, Maurice, Rene, Norman, Arthur, Robert, Matthew, Estelle Pimental, Rita Lariviere, Claire Eldredge, and Lorraine Jepson. 

Her Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 28,2025 at 10am at St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish (formerly St. Mary’s Church). Burial to follow in St. John’s Cemetery in New Bedford.
