Catherine Konerth

Catherine E. (Gleason) Konerth, 92 of Fairhaven, passed away at home on Thursday, February 10th 2022. She was born in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late William V. Gleason and Margaret (Madary) Gleason and the wife of the late, Andrew L. Konerth Sr. Catherine was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and came to Fairhaven in 2015. She enjoyed the time spent at the New Bedford Adult Social Days at Brooklawn Park and loved spending time with her family. Catherine most recently worked as a greeter at Camden Yards Stadium upon her retirement. She is survived by her son, William Konerth, of Maryland; daughter-in-law, Gail Konerth of Fairhaven; Sister, Carolyn Jackson and husband, Robert of Maryland; grandchildren, Tina Stevens and husband, Lance of Fairhaven, Kerri Konerth of Fairhaven, Andrea Methot and husband, Raymond of New Bedford; Great grandchildren, Nicole Stevens, Lance Stevens, Kandyce Langlois, Tayler Langlois, Emily Methot; great great grandchildren, Amelia, Ellyana and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Andrew, sons, Andrew Konerth and Michael Konerth and her brother, Michael Gleason. A visitation for Catherine will be held Tuesday, February 15th, 2022 from 4-7pm at Boulevard Funeral Home. She will then be brought home to Baltimore, MD to be buried along side her late husband at Glenhaven Memorial Park.
